WHAT DOES INCOME EXTRA DO FOR ITS SUBSCRIBERS?

HOW DO I SIGN IN?

You chose a username and password at the sign-up stage. All you need to do to sign in is click here and enter them. If you don’t think you can remember your password, then head to the sign-in page and you’ll see a link saying ‘Forgotten Password’. Click on this, and you’ll soon receive an email explaining how you can reset your password.

HOW EASY IS IT TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Changing your password is a simple process. Sign in and go to your account page. Here, you will see the option to change your password. Enter your new password and confirm it, then proceed to use this new password to sign into your account.

HOW MUCH DOES MEMBERSHIP COST?

The monthly price will be £29.91.

If you cancel your account (you can do this at any time), you won’t be charged again.

HOW DO I ADD BANK ACCOUNTS OR CARDS TO MY DASHBOARD?

You’ll be able to add your accounts by following the step-by-step instructions of the ‘Add Account’ wizard. After signing up to Income Extra, you will be taken to the wizard automatically. You can also access it from your dashboard, at a later time, so you can add or remove other accounts.

I GET ERROR MESSAGES WHEN ADDING ACCOUNTS OR CARDS TO MY DASHBOARD. CAN YOU HELP ME?

Very often, the common errors relating to this process can be easily sorted by just trying again. If the problem does persist, however, contact us using the message form at the top of this page, by emailing us at help@income-extra.net or by phoning us on 0800 360 0283. We’re available on Mondays-Thursdays 9am-6pm and on Fridays 9am-5pm.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

Sign in to your Income Extra account and look for the ‘Cancel Account’ link on your account page. Click on this, and confirm your decision when you’re asked to, and then your subscription will end.

PLEASE NOTE: you won’t be able to get any refunds for any of the fees you paid before cancellation.

COULD I ASK FOR A REFUND?

Income Extra works on a subscription basis, with the monthly payments of £29.91. You can cancel your account at any time, and we will not charge you again after you have done so.

HOW SECURE ARE THE SERVICES AT INCOME EXTRA?

We use SLL encryption on all of our webpages, which makes our website very secure. With regard to your online banking credentials, this important information is processed by a secure third party who use the safest systems there are and have over 15 years of experience in this industry.

WHY CAN’T I FIND MY BANK LISTED ON INCOME EXTRA?

 Income Extra is linked up to most banks and credit card issuers but some do still need to be added. If you find that one of yours is not currently compatible then please get in contact with us, providing the full details of your bank/card provider, and we will try toad them for you. You can contact us by using our online form, by emailing help@income-extra.net or by calling 0800 360 0283. We’re in the office from 9am-6pm during the week, except on Fridays when we’re in from 9am-5pm.
