We’ve made our cancellation process simple and short, for those who no longer wish to use our services.

1 SIGN INSign in to your account in the normal way. If you can’t remember your password, click ‘Forgotten Password’ and we’ll send you an email explaining how to reset it.

2 CANCELAfter signing in, go to your ‘account’ page and click on the ‘Cancel Account’ link.

3 CONFIRMAfter you’ve clicked ‘Cancel Account’, you will need to select ‘Yes, Cancel Account’ to confirm the request. From this point on, you will no longer have access to our services, and no more charges will be made.
